Every DARKGOLD bottling begins with the raw materials. We select spices, herbs, and citrus fruits for their character and origin, not for their quantity, and combine them to create an aroma that remains warm, deep, and clear. Sweetness serves to enhance the texture, not to mask it. Time allows the composition to settle.

Spices – warmth and depth
Cinnamon, anise, and vanilla form the warm backbone of our spiced rums, carrying the spice with precision and control. This ensures a smooth drinkability, a long and elegant finish, and a calm, lingering warmth in the glass.
Citrus – Freshness and Precision
Lemon and lime bring light to the structure and sharpen the contours, gently extracted and clearly integrated. The freshness balances the warmth of the rum without overpowering it, resulting in a straightforward, long finish in the glass.
Caramel, ginger & herbs – roundness and length
Finely caramelized sugar, warm ginger, and select herbs give the liqueur a velvety depth and sophisticated balance. Controlled sweetness and gentle bitterness keep it smooth. 24-karat gold completes the signature.
