Curated time slot

Since Q1 2025 in a fixed partnership with pre-scheduled releases, seasonal pairings, and clearly managed allocation for predictable presence across day and evening service.

Signature Partner

The Western Classic is Düsseldorf’s brasserie-style steakhouse, known for its US cuts, raw bar accents, and an international clientele moving between the Kö, the banking district, and the trade fair.

Orchestration & Performance Profile

Signature portfolio, precise serve sequence, and compact team briefings. Curated pairings, VIP gifting with numbered editions, and aftercare ensure consistent performance at the table.

THE MISSION

THE CHALLENGE

The menu leaned heavily on bourbon and classics, yet between the main course and dessert there was no moment that expressed attitude without spectacle and elegantly anchored the guest. Rums often felt too sweet or interchangeable, and herbal liqueurs didn’t match the tone of the kitchen. There was no 30-second table-side story, no clear serve logic, and no gift that signaled composure in this setting. Standard options impressed visually but not in the glass, while alternatives varied between batches and proved difficult to integrate into the rhythm of service.

SIGNATURE SETUP

OUR APPROACH

We embedded DARKGOLD into the flow as a quiet signature ritual: Limón Imperial opens as a refreshing arrival serve alongside the raw bar; Canela Royale accompanies US cuts neat or on the rocks with an orange zest; the DARKGOLD Premium Liqueur closes the evening chilled, with a subtle golden accent alongside patisserie. Glassware, temperature, and sequence are defined, the team delivers the story in three sentences, and the menu clearly guides the serves. Visible on the backboard, felt in the first sip, reproducible across the entire service window.

RESULTS WITH PRESENCE

A moment that lingers

DARKGOLD became a reliable anchor between the main course and dessert: the serve sequence holds, recommendations land without heavy explanation, and the first sip validates the premium in the glass. Guests choose situationally between rum and liqueur — neat, on the rocks, or in pairing — while numbered gifts create intimacy at VIP tables. Visuals built from brass, glass, and warm light deliver editorial-ready content, the menu feels more focused, and price discipline remains effortless because the proof is tangible in the taste.
